By accessing or using Counsel Tool you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account.

5. Client Data

You retain full ownership of the data you upload. We process it only to provide the service and in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Counsel Tool is a software platform and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the product should be construed as a substitute for professional legal judgement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a limited period.
